About the Role:
- The Senior Accountant is responsible for financial reporting and works directly with the Assistant Controller to develop new processes.
- This role involves preparing monthly reporting packages for regional offices and performing variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and post journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve issues.
- Assist in developing new processes to improve month-end close and financial reporting.
- Prepare audit-related requests and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of financial concepts and strong organizational skills.
