Job Description
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage talent acquisition function as sole TA professional.
Talent Partnership: Serve as primary talent partner to department heads across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Clinical, Actuarial, GTM, Operations, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
Optimization: Continuously optimize recruiting processes and candidate experience, tracking and reporting key recruiting metrics to leadership.
Strategy and Insights: Partner with hiring managers on strategy, candidate evaluation, and market insights.
Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever ATS, and recruitment agency partnerships.
