Job Description

The role involves ensuring tickets are analyzed under ITIL-based best practices, maintaining client relationships, triaging tickets, resolving issues, and providing customer support. The specialist will troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and escalate when needed, all while maintaining communication with customers. Identify reoccurring issues, and work with multiple teams to ensure solutions that address root causes, mitigating reoccurrence. The role also involves reviewing and updating knowledge-based documents and providing support to team members.
