About the Role:
- Hands-on leadership role focused on commercial performance and product health.
- Lead a team of 11 Product Managers while staying close to data and execution.
What You'll Own:
- Lead the portfolio of B2C subscription products and own monetization, pricing, conversion, and retention.
- Drive RPU growth of 15-20% quarterly through KPIs and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong B2C subscription experience and ownership of commercial metrics.
- Hands-on with product analytics and A/B testing.
