About this Job:
- Owns the enablement operating model that ensures NIQ’s most important go‑to‑market initiatives are launched with clarity
- This role is responsible for connecting strategy to seller action ensuring that GTM priorities are translated into clear standards
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Enablement, and Regional stakeholders to ensure GTM initiatives are enabled
Responsibilities:
- Define enablement standards, readiness criteria, and governance for GTM launches
- Ensure GTM enablement aligns with NIQ’s Commercial Academy, content standards, and enablement platforms
- Facilitate design and delivery of structured enablement plans for priority launches, including messaging, artifacts, and seller guidance
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and commercial execution dynamics
- Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
