Job Description
In this role, you will be expected to manage full-cycle customer success including onboarding, ongoing support, retraining, and long-term care. You will build strong relationships across a portfolio of 25–30+ clients and drive engagement through regular business reviews. It is also your responsibility to own retention efforts and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding system use. Also, you will act as a product consultant by collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure needs are met. You will track and analyze NPS data to refine and guide customer success strategies.
