About the role:
- Manage Webflow's AI tool stack, provision access, monitor usage/cost, and keep the business running.
- Gather workflow requirements for new agents and AI use cases, translating business problems into specs.
- Build frameworks that scale AI adoption, enabling every team to work smarter with AI.
Requirements:
- Must have 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a SaaS or tech company.
- Shown experience administering enterprise generative AI tools, including user provisioning and policy enforcement.
- Experience gathering requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating them into actionable specs.
