Job Description
As a RevOps Analyst, you will be responsible for CRM Management (Salesforce & HubSpot) which includes managing Salesforce administration, workflows, process automation, and reporting. Responsibilities include building and optimizing Salesforce dashboards, as well as ensuring seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools like HubSpot and Apollo. Another key area is Marketing Automation & Sales Enablement, which involves configuring and maintaining HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and operations hubs.
Your role extends to Data Analysis & Reporting, where you'll analyze data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms to generate actionable insights and creating performance tracking dashboards and KPIs. You'll use APIs and automation tools like Zapier to streamline data flow across multiple systems.
Additional responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommending process improvements, implementing lead routing, territory management, and account-based marketing strategies. You'll also collaborate with sales leaders to maintain pipeline hygiene and revenue forecasting accuracy.
