Role:
- Run renewals from quote to signed order across self-serve and mid-market.
- Handle pricing, billing negotiations, upgrades, and usage-based pricing migration.
- Work with AI agents on routine renewals; focus on negotiations and exceptions.
You'll bring:
- Commercial acumen and renewals/negotiation experience.
- AI fluency with automations (n8n/Zapier) and CRM hygiene.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and availability for US business hours.
