Functional, Business Analyst

DMI, LLC is seeking a Functional/Business Analyst to join us. Responsibilities include working across business and technical teams to identify, track, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the full lifecycle of the solution. The candidate will provide support for functional, integration, and end-user testing against the requirements, documenting meeting notes, decisions, and functional design details for information systems. They will understand complex business requirements, translate them into agile user stories, and maintain system documentation. Developing and executing detailed test cases, validating test results, and managing production support incidents are also key aspects of this role. The candidate must effectively communicate with both development and business teams. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience, with a solid background in Agile methodologies and Jira, and proficiency in MS Office. Desired skills include experience in technical writing, software testing, IT strategy, and SQL.
