Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expertise in Intuitive technology, I&A reprocessing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct consulting and educational initiatives with targeted customers, both in person and remotely.
- Uncover customer needs, prioritize solutions, and align with stakeholders to implement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in AEMP environment and/or qualification as Technical Sterilization Assistant required.
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare/hospital management.
- Detailed knowledge of regulations and standards for reprocessing reusable medical devices.
Additional Information:
- Fluent in English and German required.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 70%.
