Job Description
As a Business Process Consultant your role involves being the process expert for Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Source-to-Pay departments, using ServiceNow products and best practices to drive business outcomes. You will drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with key stakeholders and lead customers in leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve their processes. In addition, you'll support internal testing during development, drive customer unit and user-acceptance testing, and prepare customer-facing deliverables promoting continuous improvement practices.
