Property Preservation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preservation activities for a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, attorneys, and internal teams to resolve property issues and manage claims.
• Maintain accurate records and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate, default mortgage servicing, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of property preservation guidelines and state-level eviction requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
