Servicing Transfer Coordinator

Accountabilities:

• Manage high-profile inbound and outbound mortgage servicing transfer projects, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and servicers throughout the transfer lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience and 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client relationship management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
