Responsibilities:
- Own strategy end-to-end, leading initiatives from opportunity to optimization.
- Translate strategic concepts into actionable business requirements for Product and Engineering.
- Optimize key metrics like delivery, engagement, and payment conversion.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in consumer finance, including 5+ years in collections strategy.
- Deep understanding of collection levers and regulatory frameworks (FDCPA, TCPA).
- Proficient in AI tools and BI platforms.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $145,000-$175,000 USD.
