Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine the best course of action.
- Contact clients via phone and email to discuss repayment solutions.
- Negotiate repayment plans and document all interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in consumer collections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $18 per hour plus commission based on debt collected.
