Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs while providing compassionate support.
• Accurately document client interactions in Salesforce and navigate multiple systems.
• Meet performance criteria and adapt to fluctuating schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred and reliable attendance essential.
