Client Loyalty Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport and apply persuasive rebuttal and problem-solving strategies to help clients stay in program.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce and meet performance criteria.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services with strong persuasion skills.
• High school diploma required; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
