About the Role:
- Blends VIP-level customer service with high-impact sales results.
- Handle 75–100 inbound/outbound calls per day with warm leads.
- Build trust, uncover needs, and secure appointments while maximizing upsell opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Convert inbound/outbound calls into confirmed service appointments.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs for conversion rates, upsells, and revenue.
- Use CRM to track leads and collaborate with shop teams.
