Junior Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outreach to previous clients to understand capital needs.
• Gather required documentation and prepare qualified leads for Senior Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate lead statuses in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience with proven quota achievement.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly process-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Compensation:

• $17/hour plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
• Paid training (1 week) and full-time eligibility for benefits after 60 days.
• Remote position for residents of eligible states.
