About the Role:
- Cherry seeks a Collections Manager I to lead 8–10 Specialists in a fully remote environment.
- The role focuses on driving collections performance, hiring top talent, and using data for decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own team performance: lead and drive strong collections, recoveries, and consumer experience results.
- Hire exceptional talent and build a high-performance culture through coaching and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while improving performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000 base salary plus $30,000 target variable compensation totaling $150,000 OTE.
