Senior Collections Strategy Analyst

About the Role:

• The Collections team protects portfolio performance while ensuring fair treatment of borrowers.
• As a Senior Collections Strategy Analyst, you will own analytics and strategy for recovery operations.
• This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building strategy from scratch.

What You'll Do:

• Build a holistic analytics framework for the recovery program, including debt sale and agency outsourcing.
• Design and maintain dialer strategy for pre-charge-off delinquent accounts with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Own digital communication strategy across email, SMS, and AI voice channels, balancing performance and compliance.

What We Look For:

• 3-5+ years of quantitative analytics experience in collections, credit risk, or recovery operations.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Tableau, plus a track record of designing A/B tests.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills, with a self-starter attitude.
