International Sales Coach

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Coach to support the ongoing training and development of our international sales team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of a geographically distributed team of tenured sales professionals located in Malaysia. The Sales Coach will implement targeted coaching frameworks designed to improve individual performance, sustain professional growth, and align frontline execution with strategic commercial objectives. Success in this role requires a skilled, sales-focused- facilitator with a data-informed approach, strong emotional intelligence, training content management experience, and the ability to translate performance metrics into developmental actions. This candidate will have to work some evenings to connect with our US team.
