Integration Manager

Lead the integration design, development, and validation of robust, scalable interfaces between SmarterDx and hospital/health system customer EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc) during the implementation process. Collaborate directly with health system IT stakeholders (Directors of IT, interface engineers, network engineers) and operational leads (Directors of CDI and Coding) to understand integration capabilities and requirements and translate them into technical solutions in order to launch SmarterDx products quickly and effectively. Manage end-to-end integration workflows, including specification development, interface mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Lead data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and interoperability compliance. Partner with engineering and new product teams to advise on data integration methodologies and develop schema mapping, data transformation logic, implementation guides, and operational support processes. Improve operational efficiency through automating workflows, optimizing code, and streamlining processes. Troubleshoot complex integration issues in production environments. Monitor and advise on evolving interoperability standards; ensure that SmarterDx and our clients continue to leverage best in class integration approaches. Support Sales by breaking down complex technical integration strategies into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders including clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
