UTG PMO is the backbone of ServiceNow's engineering efforts, ensuring seamless program management and delivery across Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Release Management. Big Rock team members manage large, complex release programs from start to finish, providing a proactive, strategic perspective on process improvements and a tactical view of daily progress and issues.
Key responsibilities include driving large-scale programs, translating business objectives into execution strategy, working with multiple delivery teams, developing trusted relationships with stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision making, fostering a collaborative environment, and removing obstacles to program delivery.
