Job Description

The Customer Solutions Engineer will join live customer calls for onboarding support and guide customers through technical steps like CRM integration walkthroughs. They will also run onboarding sessions to unblock customers in real-time and support CSMs with technical aspects of implementation, configuring Popl for unique customer use cases. This role involves partnering with the Integrations Program Manager to share customer feedback and act as an internal resource for teammates needing support on technical topics.
