Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a high-performance sales team, leading and driving the development of team and individual performance. The candidate will be a collaborative leader who serves as a player/coach to help a geographically distributed team consistently meet goals in a virtual environment. The right candidate will meet and exceed sales targets by building customer relationships and effectively communicating with customers and team members. They will serve as a contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture, and as a brand ambassador while supporting interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent as needed.
