Funding Advisor

About the Role:

• The primary responsibility of the Funding Advisor is to work directly with clients to facilitate funding.
• Duties include reviewing loan terms, collecting documentation, and assisting with identity verification.
• The role requires communicating with clients efficiently to collect items needed for funding.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with Funding Coordinators, Closing Team, and Underwriters to ensure timely loan funding.
• Complete verbal verification recordings and warm transfers for Credit Card eligible loans.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the loan funding process.
