Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney role will be responsible for providing contract drafting and negotiation services. This team needs a person with at least two – four years of experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance with policies, and risk assessments. Experience in M&A NDAs, Data Protection Agreements, Service Agreements, Terms & Conditions, Procurement contracts, etc are preferred. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements, working within contract management systems, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and managing workload independently.
