Job Summary:
- At Stratus, Project Managers are the engine that powers our business, sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer experience.
- They lead brand implementation projects from concept through installation, ensuring national brands show up consistently, on-time, and on-budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from award through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance.
- Source, coordinate, and manage installers and subcontractors while negotiating competitive pricing.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects in construction, signage, manufacturing, or multi-site programs.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range $55,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and skills.
