A dynamic and strategic leader is needed to join the team as the Director of Strategic Alliances. This player-coach role entails hands-on management of our Salesforce partnership while leading a small team focused on expanding and nurturing strategic alliances with key technology partners such as ServiceNow, Adobe, Workday, and SAP. The responsibilities include strategic alliance management, team leadership, partnership development, program execution, and collaboration and enablement. The role involves owning and managing the Salesforce partnership, leading a small team for field operations, identifying and building additional strategic alliances, developing comprehensive strategic plans, and working with marketing and enablement teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in business development and/or strategic alliances, demonstrated leadership abilities, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, exceptional communication skills, and in-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and other enterprise platforms.
