GTM Enablement & Innovation Specialist

We are looking for a GTM Enablement & Innovation Specialist to redefine how our Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams learn, operate, and achieve peak performance. As a key driver of GTM transformation, you will own the design, scaling, and impact of enablement programs focused on embedding AI-powered efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Success in this role means revolutionizing our GTM workflows by empowering teams with practical AI applications and innovative learning experiences, leading to tangible gains in productivity, faster onboarding, and more impactful customer engagement. This role is perfect for a hands-on enabler who can seamlessly move between strategic program design and practical, in-field application and coaching. This position reports directly to the Head of GTM Enablement and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, GTM Leadership, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities include: Enablement Design & Delivery, GTM Innovation & Experimentation, Stakeholder Collaboration and Coaching.
