Relationship Manager Remote Commercial

One of Wealthsimple's valued client segments is its Active Trader group, where relationship building is key to establishing trust and negotiating preferred pricing. As Relationship Manager, you will expand the Active Trader client base. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, you'll develop and convert new active trading clients and manage relationships to ensure high client engagement. You will work the entire sales cycle, making contact through calls, email, video, and text messages. You will nurture leads, positioning products as solutions and identifying cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on increasing engagement and reducing attrition. Achieving quotas and providing product feedback are vital parts of this role.
