Role Overview:
- Manage the Donations Management team and establish operational standards for gift processing.
- Ensure donor records, receipting, fund coding, and reconciliation are completed with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff, including work planning, performance management, and HRIS actions.
- Own policies, controls, and SOPs for donations and serve as the final escalation point.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Advancement on reconciliations and system changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and previous people-management or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of gift coding, donor intent, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, Excel, and operational analysis.
