About the Role:
- Support donor data systems and revenue channels as a key operational resource.
- Ensure accurate and timely fundraising data is available to inform strategy and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data syncs, ETL processes, and third-party integrations.
- Develop reports, handle duplicate merges, and provide technical troubleshooting.
- Partner with revenue, marketing, and technology teams on systems support.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM administration, data querying languages, and ETL tools.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
