Own the daily maintenance and configuration of the GTM technical layer, including CRM configurations, integration architecture, and data quality practices.
Sit within Revenue Operations and contribute to long-term systems strategy as Ashby expands up-market.

What You'll Do:

Manage configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation across the CRM stack.
Maintain clean data flows across the GTM toolset, including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms.
Enforce data quality standards and support stakeholder triage with scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Advanced CRM administration proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot certification strongly preferred.
Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools like 6sense, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight.
Strong analytical skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical partners.
