The Opportunity:
- ServiceNow is looking for a Manager to own data, systems, and planning infrastructure for AMS Global Partner & Channels.
- You will ensure operational excellence with clean CRM data, seamless planning tools, and properly configured systems.
What You'll Own:
- Data integrity and quality (35%): Own data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and conduct audits.
- Systems administration and configuration (35%): Manage CRM field configuration, partner master data, and integrations.
- Planning tools and operational support (20%): Administer Anaplan, support forecasting, and write documentation.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in systems administration or data management.
- Deep CRM expertise and advanced data skills.
- Experience with planning tools like Anaplan and cross-functional coordination.
