About the Role:
- You are the operational partner to the VP of Success, driving division initiatives from planning to execution.
- You own project management, cross-functional coordination, and data analysis to surface insights.
Your Immediate Impact:
- You will be fully ramped and independently driving at least one major initiative to completion within 60 days.
- You will establish a documented project tracking system and reporting cadence.
Who You Are:
- You have 4+ years in program/project management or operations in a fast-scaling environment.
- You are highly analytical, comfortable with data, and technically proficient in CRM systems.
