Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Connected Care Center and Ambulatory Access Services operations for centralized call handling, referral management, scheduling, and patient registration.
- Assist the Director with template management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of workflow processes.
- Ensure complaints are resolved in real-time with favorable solutions.
Personnel Management:
- Develop a positive work environment through team meetings, training assessments, and performance reviews.
- Interview and make hiring decisions to maintain adequate staffing.
- Implement alternative staffing patterns as needed.
Quality Monitoring:
- Monitor call flow trends and leverage analytics for workforce adjustments.
- Investigate complaints and develop performance improvement plans.
- Set key performance indicators aligned with OHSU policies.
Financial Management:
- Maintain staffing and supply budgets, forecasting needs for personnel, supplies, and equipment.
