Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Connected Care Center and Ambulatory Access Services operations for centralized call handling, referral management, scheduling, and patient registration.
  • Assist the Director with template management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of workflow processes.
  • Ensure complaints are resolved in real-time with favorable solutions.

Personnel Management:

  • Develop a positive work environment through team meetings, training assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Interview and make hiring decisions to maintain adequate staffing.
  • Implement alternative staffing patterns as needed.

Quality Monitoring:

  • Monitor call flow trends and leverage analytics for workforce adjustments.
  • Investigate complaints and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Set key performance indicators aligned with OHSU policies.

Financial Management:

  • Maintain staffing and supply budgets, forecasting needs for personnel, supplies, and equipment.
