Responsibilities:
- Lead Thrive's overall program portfolio and ensure alignment with mission and strategy.
- Provide leadership for annual retreats and virtual gatherings, supervising coordinators and volunteers.
- Partner with COO to evaluate programs, develop new initiatives, and build systems for excellent delivery.
First Year Success:
- Successfully lead three retreats and one virtual gathering.
- Build strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and partners.
- Transition retreat leadership and evaluate current programs for growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading complex programs, events, or initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational leadership skills.
- Budget management experience and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Thrive is a nonprofit Christian organization that journeys with women ministering overseas by providing spiritual resources and relationships. We are a small team focused on replenishing global women through retreats, virtual gatherings, and one-on-one support.
