Job Description

Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, develop, and retain top talent to drive adoption of da Vinci surgery. Provide coaching and development across the organization to develop future leaders and stronger salespeople. Lead and manage a fast-growing and changing organization, executing a hiring plan to meet expected growth targets.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive sales by analyzing territories and structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Develop and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed organizational goals. Be responsible for strategic planning and execution in alignment with the GM.

Account Management and Collaboration: Work closely with Area Sales Directors & Clinical Sales Directors to develop strategic accounts across the region. Partner with Area Sales Directors, Area Sales Managers/Clinical Sales Directors & Managers in closing deals and sales presentations. Oversee the management of the sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals.
