Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact during second shift.
- Communicate with customers to understand and resolve equipment issues.
- Document customer issues and resolutions in the asset management system.
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree in electro-mechanical, electrical design, or related field required.
- Five years of machine troubleshooting experience or high school diploma and seven years experience needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Proficient in Rockwell and Indramat software.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
