IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to manage data integrity of IT asset inventories.
• Act as a liaison between the development and operations teams.
• Responsible for the software asset portfolio with respect to acquisition and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on hardware and software experience.
• Deep knowledge of Configuration Management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to use the ServiceNow platform.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain a hardware inventory of assets within the appropriate management systems.
• Coordinate with the enterprise procurement and accounting areas and vendors on ordering, receiving, and invoicing of software and hardware assets.
• Provide reporting as needed to support ITAM Governance activities.
