Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations and SOPs.
- Maintain expert knowledge and act as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training and instructional design.
- Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance preferred.
