Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations and SOPs.
Maintain expert knowledge and act as a subject matter expert.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in training and instructional design.
Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
