Role and Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end journeys, identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
- Act as a bridge between product squads and operational fronts (service, collections, legal).
- Track quality, SLA, and performance KPIs to support decisions and evaluate impacts.
Requirements:
- Experience in product areas with business vision, KPI tracking, and journey mapping.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills for complex problems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Figma, and SQL; familiarity with AI tools.
Differentials:
- Prior experience in financial markets or fintechs.
- Knowledge of payroll loans or other credit/lending products.
- Notions of quality management, risk governance, and financial regulatory framework.
