Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst, Deal Desk

About the Role:

• This role is a key part of the Deal Desk Team, supporting sales and deal velocity through cross-functional collaboration.
• You will lead implementation of critical internal projects and manage core operational tools.
• The ideal candidate is curious, action-oriented, and able to tackle complex analytical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in exploring AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows and facilitate automation.
• Take ownership of dashboards tracking deal velocity, bottlenecks, and discount trends.
• Create and update enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for Global Sales Teams.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a Deal Desk role.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA is desired.
