Deal Desk Manager

About the Job:

• Twilio seeks a Deal Desk Manager to support North American Go-to-Market motion.
• This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations.
• The ideal candidate is passionate, dedicated, and able to build complex financial models.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze deal economics for standard and non-standard agreements.
• Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals.
• Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or related role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to explain tradeoffs.
