Job Description

The KIPP Foundation seeks a qualified candidate for the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about strengthening how our organization works so that we are more efficiently and effectively supporting regions and schools to achieve student outcomes. The Senior Manager will own multiple workstreams that support progress monitoring, system-building, and insight generation for the Schools Team and Regional Superintendents. In this role, you will help to manage the flow of data across KIPP Foundation teams and to our regions so that we are effectively surfacing and communicating progress and gaps in our work and communicating solutions in compelling ways. The ideal candidate has a deep belief in inspecting what you expect, experience creating processes and tools for monitoring work, proficiency with academic data, strong attention to detail, and excellent communications skills. They are driven by finding what works and ensuring we are communicating that clearly for others to implement.
