Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan aligned to brand objectives and tailored to customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with hematology/oncology healthcare professionals and key accounts to support disease education.
- Communicate the clinical profile of tirabrutinib and present pivotal trial data clearly.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, life sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years pharmaceutical or biotech experience, including 5+ years direct sales in malignant hematology.
- Launch experience in specialty, oncology, or hematology markets preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $176,800 - $243,236 plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentive.
