Role Responsibilities:

Lead workshops and engage in end-to-end project involvement from design to delivery.
Perform root cause analysis and work closely with business users to translate needs into solution designs.
Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents and support UAT during testing phases.

Qualifications:

Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy, Services Provider, or Financial Services.
Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents and process mapping.
Agile delivery experience and digital or application modernization project experience.
